How do I login to the ordering website?
Visit https://marykayredjacket.twinhillstore.com/ your user name is your consultant ID and the initial password is welcome1. You will be required to change the password on your first visit (site also available in Spanish). If you are not able to login, you are not eligible to order your Red Jacket. If you forget your password, click FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD? On the login screen and follow the instructions for password reset. If you need further assistance logging on, please call Customer Service at 866-248-8937.

 

Who are we ordering from and what payment is accepted for the Red Jacket?
The Red Jackets are ordered directly from our apparel vendor, Affinity. You will see their name on your credit card statement for the purchase. Affinity accepts all major credit cards. Commission deductions are not available for this purchase.

 

How do I return/exchange my Red Jacket?
You will have a return form included in your shipment; simply follow the instructions within 60 days of your purchase. The jacket must not have been worn, soiled, washed or altered in any way and the tags must be attached or the jacket will not be accepted for return or exchange.
 
 
Gift Card Return Disclaimer
Please note that refunds are returned to the card used to make the purchase, including gift cards. We do not recommend using a gift card to complete your purchase. However, if you do, do not discard the gift card until you are certain you are keeping the jacket. If you need further assistance, please call Affinity Customer Service at 866-248-8937.
 
 
How do check on my shipment?
You will log into your Affinity Account and click on MY ACCOUNT and select your order.  If your order is shipping to a US Territory, it will first ship to Carrollton, TX to Mary Kay and they will then ship direct to you.  If you need assistance in tracking these orders, you will need to contact Mary Kay Career Apparel Customer Service.
 
 
Can I still wear my current red jacket to company events?
Yes

 

How do I care for my new jacket?
Dry cleaning is recommended for all styles.
Hint: Try to avoid putting too many pins on your red jacket, even at Company events. Less is more. The continuing act of sticking a pin in the fabric will weaken the fabric and in some instances cause holes to form.

 

What type of skirt does the company recommend I wear?
Personal style is always suggested for any of the apparel programs. In the past we have suggested wearing a black skirt, however any skirt is suggested. You can look to your Sales Director for direction.
